Refund & Return Policy

Our returns policy allows for a period of 7 days to return any eligible items for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the items must be unopened, unused, in their original condition, and still in their original packaging. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The 7-day period begins from the date you received your item(s).

Returning items to us is a straightforward process. You can initiate the return by either sending an email to contact info@kenyameds.co.ke or using our “Contact Us” page. Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange.

Here are a few important points to note about our returns policy:

– If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it remains in its original condition. We will issue a refund accordingly.
– In the event that the packaging is damaged upon delivery and the items inside are also damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.
– You will receive an email notification once our warehouse has received the returned item and your refund has been processed.
– If you adhere to the guidelines for returning goods as outlined above, we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding any delivery charges.
– The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Please note that refunds will not be provided if the seal on the item is broken.
